The hotel was perfect and fairly clean. The staff, especially the receptionist, were charming and wonderful.We really enjoyed our stay in the standard room with a park view.The location was marvellous, just minutes away from the Municipal Museum of Fine Arts.

The hotel's staff was very pleasant and exceptionally nice, always ready to help with any request. The room was spotless and came at a great price, featuring a balcony overlooking the park and fast internet.- The overall experience was very nice.

The room was airy with an extremely comfy bed, and the provided breakfast was super! The hotel had a very central setting close to shops and restaurants. Good services were available. Super-friendly and amazingly nice personnel were ready to help with any request.

Stayed for 5 days and did not want to leave, I would consider staying here again. By and large, it was exceptionally comfortable place with welcoming staff especially the receptionist. The room was absolutely perfect and big size and the bathroom large: )

The rooms were newly remodeled and great-sized. The restaurant had a fantastic choice, and I tried delicious dishes.- I really enjoyed the nice design of the hotel.- The location right next to the Municipal Museum of Fine Arts was magnificent.- There were main shopping streets around the hotel.- It was an excellent place for Christmas.

The rooms in this hotel were spacious and well-appointed, with luxurious details such as marble bathrooms. It was a pleasant surprise to find such comfort in a city hotel. The location of the hotel couldn't be better. It was right in the center of the city, making it easy to explore and enjoy all that the city had to offer.- We appreciated the reasonable prices for breakfast, snacks, drinks, and evening meals. It was nice to have these options available without breaking the bank.

The limited parking available. It would have been more convenient if there were more parking spots for guests, as finding a place to park on the street was a bit of a challenge.

The restaurant has a 3* buffet that lacks nothing ... it has its fruit, its cold cuts, its coffees, jams, typical food, its typical pastries and its bread ... it did not lack, to my taste, anything. Great and cordial treatment. Theme rooms phenomenal, excellent treatment, change the tullas every day and put articles of the bathroom every day. The beds are big, the views to the street and you do not hear any noise at night, you have your tv and they give you wifi for the room. In front of the hotel there is a churreria and a pastry shop which are all very good. The hotel is located inside a shopping centre and next to it there is a children's benetton and downstairs for women and men. The hotel is very well located, within walking distance of many restaurants and fashionable shops. Cleanliness is a must. Tenerife is very clean and friendly and always smiling.

The rooms here are spacious and the location is unbeatable; I was amazed by the beautiful park view.

It's a cheap hotel in the middle of everything in Santa Cruz and it's all you need if you are not looking for luxury: very clean, air conditioning, tv. I was very satisfied and i will choose againg this hotel if i will go back.

Friendly and attentive service made our stay at Principe Paz unforgettable. We were pleasantly surprised when the receptionist offered us a complimentary breakfast and even prepared breakfast-boxes for our early departure. The centrally located hotel was clean, comfortable, and surrounded by shops and restaurants. highly recommended.

Well, it was a LOVELY stay on vacation. The continental breakfast was super and had something for everyone.
